Survived by his mother Lydia (Giesbrecht), loving wife of the late William (Bill) Hewson. Husband of 36 years to Julie (Bewsher) and father to Ian (Jen) and Devin (Shelby). Brother to Barry and sister, Sheila. Uncle for many wonderful nieces and nephews, and loved by extended family. Private family service will be held. Arrangements entrusted to Henry Walser Funeral Home (519)749-8467. Cremation has taken place. Special thanks to the caring staff on 6th floor of Grand River Hospital, and the Transplant Team at Toronto General Hospital.
